All Leeds societies hold Annual General Meetings for society members to elect next year's committee. It is open to all current members regardless of one's involvement and experience within WILS.*

The AGM is a compulsory meeting held once a year. It is a chance to vote on any constitutional changes which your society would like to invoke and allows discussion with your society members as to the running of your group.

In order to be considered as part of next year's committee, you need to nominate yourself on LUU Engage between 27/03 l to 05/05, alongside a manifesto uploaded on the site and sent to our current secretary at luuwilselections@gmail.com.**

Moreover, you will need to create a 2 minute video between 6-9 of May which highlights why you want to join WILS along with answering two questions which will be sent to you on 06/05.

Voting takes place on LUU Engage from 9th to 12th of May. We will be posting your manifesto on our social media as well.

** Please note that candidates can only apply to ONE role! 
* You MUST be a student at University of Leeds for the full academic year next year. Each role demands applicants who are studying here for both semesters not just one.
