How to: Contact your society members

Please note that we are working on an easier process for you to contact your society members. In the meantime you have two ways to contact your society members:

(1) You can write and publish a Post' in the Society Bulletin for all students to see (there will shortly be an option to limit this to only your members). Please see our guide on How to: Write a 'Post'.
or
(2) Contact your society members directly by exporting your members list and emailing them. Please see below for instructions, and ensure that you 'bcc' all recipients if you're sending an email to multiple recipients.

Exporting your society members

To export a list of your members and their email addresses, you will first need to log in to your account and go to memberships on your student dashboard. Click on 'Committee dashboard'. You can then access the Group Members tab from your committee dashboard as shown below. 

You will then have to click on the Export tab shown below.

This will export a csv file with of all your members and their email addresses. If you are using this list to email your members, please ensure that you ensure that you 'bcc' all recipients. You can then copy the email addresses by dragging from the first to last email columns, and then paste it in the 'bcc' text field on your email.
