Our Services & Resources
Uni life is famously full-on, and sometimes it can all get a bit much. From classes and accommodation to money and mental health, things don’t always go according to plan. That’s where we come in.
Our advice team is here to offer independent, confidential, expert advice for free to all University of Leeds students. Our remit is wide, with no problem too big or small, so no matter the issue we’ll endeavour to help get it sorted.
In addition to our advice service, we have a fantastic Health and Wellbeing offering including events, a podcast (external site) and a Medium account (external site) full of insightful content, all created by our team of Health and Wellbeing Ambassadors.
Whatever it is, we're here to support you
Whether you’ve got an issue with your deposit, conflict with your housemates, exam results to appeal or financial worries, we can offer practical solutions. We are also here to support you through personal and emotional challenges.
We can help students with pretty much everything, but here are some key areas we’ve supported students with before:
- Living in Leeds, staying safe and any house hunting or renting problems;
- Exam support, appeal procedures or any aspect of studying at Leeds;
- Postgraduate and international student specific queries;
- Budgeting advice and financial support;
- Mental health, relationship and addiction advice.
