I want to complain about attendance monitoring, what should I do?
You can make a complaint about aspects of your course, including attendance monitoring.
The first step is to complain to your course leader or to the student education/support office. This is usually quicker, and gives the School a chance to explain or rectify the problem. It might be the first time a particular problem has been brought to their attention.
Your complaint should then follow the overall University Complaints Procedure.
