I can't log in
- If you are a University of Leeds student, please log in via your University account.
What browser are you using?
You may be experiencing some issues due to your browser, so you can either try using a new browser (e.g. Google Chrome), or you can try clearing your cache/cookies. You can try this for both mobile and desktop browsers, though we recommend using the desktop for the best browsing experience.
Are you using a VPN?
You may experience some issues with our payment system if you are browsing using a VPN service, so we'd recommend toggling it off if you are having issues with your payment being processed.
