I have overpaid for an item
If you believe you have overpaid for any transactions on the site, please contact our Activities team who will escalate it to our Finance team. For any other payment issues on our site, please refer to our 'Payment issues' guide.


Refunds for Clubs & Societies

Can I get a refund for a membership purchase?
Refunds for membership purchases are generally only available for duplicate transactions or any issues with membership payment. Please contact activities@leeds.ac.uk if you think you are entitled to a refund.

How can I get a refund for a society event ticket?
If you want a refund for a product or event ticket that you no longer want, you will need to contact the relevant society - they will be able to deal with your query. Please note that refunds are subject to the discretion of each society and may also depend on the amount of prior notice.
