Will my attendance record be affected by the strike?
As part of your School’s attendance policy, throughout any strike action you are expected to attend all sessions. If you experience any problems with attendance speak to your School in the first instance. But if this doesn't get resolved feel free to get in touch with LUU Advice and we'll see how we can help.
What can I do if I have wider problems with my academic work?
You can apply for mitigating circumstances to be considered if you feel assessments/examinations will be affected by other issues or if these issues are exacerbated by the strikes.
What if I remain dissatisfied with treatment from my School?
If things are not resolved to your satisfaction at School level, you can use the Student Complaints Procedure to complain or seek compensation.
