NUS: Why should I run to be a delegate?
Being an NUS Delegate is a unique and enriching experience. It usually involves spending a weekend in another city (this year it will be in Liverpool) with all accomodation and travel costs covered by the Union. During the days of the conference, not only will you engage in all the usual Conference activities, but you will also get many opportunities to meet hundreds of inspiring student activists, and partake in exciting social events. It can also be a fantastic networking opportunity if you have any ambitions to build your experience in the student movement, as you will get to engage with sabbatical officers, student reps and NUS members from all over the country!
