Can I get tax credits?
Universal Credit has now replaced tax credits. Have a look on the Gov.uk website for some more information; there’s some strict criteria you need to fit into.
If you’re getting extra funding from Student Finance or the NHS, this counts as income and will affect which credits you’re entitled to.
