Welcome to Leeds Computing Society (CompSoc)

We are Leeds Computing Society, the student-led Computer Science society at the University of Leeds. We are an inclusive, diverse society with over 250 active members - all united by a shared love of technology and innovation. We even got voted Best Academic Society at the Rileys (LUU’s awards night) for 2024-25! 🏆

From casual socials and gaming nights to CTFs and industry-led talks, we host a range of events to help foster personal and professional growth. We’re passionate about ensuring our members have a strong and supportive network, with access to valuable opportunities to develop technical and soft skills.
