Help with your mental health.
Itâs completely normal to have days where you feel less than your best, but if those feelings start to feel overwhelming itâs important to get support.
Reaching out can feel tough, but asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. The most important thing to remember is that youâre not alone. Research shows that 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience ill mental health in any given year and lots of students have times when they struggle but thankfully thereâs plenty of support out there for you.
