How to - Equipment Inventory

Please complete the following equipment audit.

This applies to all groups, whether your equipment is stored at LUU, the Edge or elsewhere. Even if your equipment is stored at a member's home, please still tell us what you are storing on behalf of the club/society.

If you don't currently have any items in storage, please complete and upload the form but type 'N/A' in each box which tells us it is not applicable to your group. 

Important! We appreciate that the majority of students are currently at home and therefore unable to complete the equipment audit before the compliance deadline. If you are unable to be in Leeds, then please can you fill out this form. We will mark your society as compliant pending the return of other documents and the completion of the audit before October 31st.

If you would like a member of the team to do the audit with you, counting items is not particularly fun!, then please let us know by emailing activities@leeds.ac.uk. We are also aware that some societies have unique circumstances - for example items stored at other Universities - that may make this process more difficult. If that is the case, please contact activities@leeds.ac.uk.
