Yes, Unionverse is a relaxed virtual space where students may engage and get to know one another, so it also has a few rules to keep things friendly. When using the site, you should:

• Always be respectful when speaking to others.
• Refrain from posting links to offensive or controversial content.
• Ensure that you're not using any foul or offensive language.
• If you're using the soapbox/open mic stand, please be aware that you're broadcasting to the entire participant list.

What should I do if a person is misbehaving?

In the unlikely event that any inappropriate messages or foul content is sent via chat message or broadcasted, please block the person and report them to one of our technical assistants on the Virtual Activites desk (12pm - 5pm, Monday 24 - Sunday 30 Jan). 

If no staff are available, please report any misbehaviours to platforms@luu.org.uk so that we're made aware.
