Welcome to Athletics

LUUAC welcome athletes of all disciplines and abilities to our several weekly training sessions which include Strengh & Conditioning, Track, Long Run and Hill Sessions.

Whether you are looking to get fit, start athletics, carry on training whilst at Uni, or are a coach and wish to give us a hand then join our society as we cater for all abilities and all events :)) 

It's not all about training - we have a work hard play hard attitude with an array of contacts within the City of Leeds social scene, allowing for amazing weekly socials!!!

As a team we are passionate about improving year on year, to prove that Leeds University Union Athletics Club (and our joint club - Cross Country) are a force to be reckoned with!

The friendships and team spirit we have  has created a strong base for motivating all our athletes to fulfil their potential, on and off the track, which we encourage everyone to do.

Monday Night Run: With LUUXC (3, 5 & 7 mile options) @ Cromer Terrace at 6:30pm

Track: 6:30pm Meet @ Parkinson Steps, travel to John Charles Centre for Sport.
