This trip is exclusively for our progs paddlers, however if you’ve been on a few rivers and are hoping to come along to a progression trip please do drop Grace/ George a message & we can see what we can do :)

Kit list:

• Sturdy trainers (or wetsuit boots) with good grip - these will get wet
• Thermal top & bottom (multiple if you get cold) for on the water (not cotton) - more than you think you will need.
• Jumper to wear on water (not cotton)
• 2nd pair of shoes (for after) 
• Towel
• Spare underwear and socks 
• Lots of warm clothes for afterwards
• Waterproof coat
• Lunch & Snacks
• Water 
• Large Shopping / IKEA bag for wet clothes & kit
• Contact lenses / glasses strap for on the water (you MUST be able to see properly)

We will provide a wetsuit, cag (waterproof jacket layer), helmet, spray deck, kayak & paddle!

If you have any concerns/ don't have all the kit you need just let us know and we can probably find spares of most things.
