Fashion for Humanity is a charitable fashion initiative that uses fashion as a platform for humanitarian awareness, cultural expression and creative collaboration.

The show aims to raise funds through ticket sales for charitable organisations supporting communities in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Sudan and Palestine, while also educating attendees about the humanitarian circumstances affecting these communities.

Through fashion, visual storytelling and live performance, the event seeks to encourage awareness, empathy and engagement, while providing emerging designers, models, performers, photographers and other creatives with a professional platform to showcase their work.

The overall creative theme, “A Day at the Marketplace,” explores ideas of community, culture, interaction, movement, exchange and identity, giving designers a shared concept while allowing them the freedom to interpret the theme through their own garments, colours, textures and creative approaches.

This event is part of the official LUU Black History Month 2026 programme.
