Join us and attend one of the largest Anime Conventions in the UK!

We will be travelling together by coach from The Parkinson's Building (Leeds) to the NEC in Birmingham.

We have also arranged for discounted entry tickets for our community.

PURCHASE EVENT ENTRY TICKETS UNDER THIS EVENT PAGE AND TRAVEL TICKETS UNDER THE PRODUCTS SECTION OF OUR SOCIETY'S ENGAGE! - GET YOUR ENTRY TICKET FIRST!

Event details:

• Sunday 6th December 2026

Arrive for around 7:15AM at the latest at The Parkinson's Building Steps for an attendance call.

• The Coach will leave at exactly 7:30AM - No exceptions so make sure you are there on time
• Arrive at MEGACON Birmingham for around 10AM
• Return back to Leeds from MEGACON Birmingham at around 5:30PM

Costs:

• MEGACON BIRMINGHAM PRIORITY Sunday Entry Ticket - £22.96 PER PERSON
• Transport - £23.29pp (coach)

Coming in cosplay is completely optional!

Every year we have a lot of cosplayers come already dressed up in full cosplay for the coach ride.

Please note, both event tickets and transport are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend and you have already purchased an entry ticket / transport ticket, please contact a committee member and we will see if we can match you up with someone that is interested in going so you can sell them your tickets (for the price you bought them, no upselling)! There are no guarantees that we will be able to find someone else but we will do our best. Please do not do this without a committee member involved, as anyone that has NOT completed the required trip form in advance will NOT be able to come on the coach and we will need to also take off your name from the trip form.

If you are making your own way down to MEGACON Birmingham, you do not need to fill this trip form out, however, please let a committee member know if you have already purchased a discounted ticket through us via engage so we do not chase you up to purchase your transport ticket.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

THIS TRIP FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT IN ADVANCE OF THE EVENT IN ORDER FOR YOU TO COME ON THE COACH WITH US!

Trip form link: https://forms.gle/m9rNKvF8ffp9ve6v9
