This is an interactive workshop designed for Black UoL Students that follows on from the 'Campus to Career' session on the 29th April. It is run by KINSIS an organisation dedicated to developing the Black future leaders in the UK. 

What will I learn in this session?

In this session, we will debunk and share real life scenarios that you might encounter as a new joiner at a new company, organisation, agency or place of work. We will unpack cross sector scenarios and recommend activities you can do to prepare for your first day and to succeed at work when you start.

Through a set of activities including an interactive game, group discussions and reflection exercises, you’ll identify how to build a career that meets your needs and helps you grow.

By the end of the session, you will be equipped with tools and strategies to thrive at your first job after graduation.
