AI in Healthcare Conference 2026 brings together leading researchers, clinicians, and innovators to explore the rapidly evolving role of artificial intelligence in medicine. Taking place as part of LUU AI Week, the conference will feature keynote talks from experts at the forefront of medical AI, a specialist digital pathology and AI workshop, panel discussions, and student-led research engagement.

Abstract submissions for poster presentation and an essay competition are now open, with shortlisted entries showcased at the conference and winners announced on the day. This is a unique opportunity to present work, gain academic recognition, and network with researchers, PhD students, clinicians, and industry partners working in AI and healthcare.

The event is sponsored by the AI-Medical CDT and The MedTech Foundation, and delivered in collaboration with Leeds MedTech Society and Leeds AI Society.
