Hello my slays,

The rumours are true, I am (respectfully) running for secretary!

This is a really exciting opportunity for me, to be honest. I live laugh love UML and I think I would do a really good job at taking care of the library and the agenda as well as being a humble servant to our glorious leader, Edie. Music is such an important part of my life, as for most members of the library, so I would do everything I can to make sure I take on the responsibilities of this role with the dedication and maturity that is required. I really want to give UML the recognition it deserves as a very welcoming and inclusive society, something I will continue to prioritise if I am elected. As a) I am a neurodivergent individual with a tendency towards hyperfixations and b) I am literally just a girl who enjoys listening to literally every genre under the sun, I will be very dedicated to my responsibilities, probably to the point where it affects my university work, but who needs a degree anyway when I have a musty room full of records and CDs, right?

It would truly be an honour to be elected for this position, and remember - a vote for me is a vote for a Latina baddie.

* UML has a special place in my heart and i would love to put my head down and keep the cogs rolling smoothly to make sure that we can get the most out of our time together 🫶🏼
* I am literally a GOD at organising to the point where i do it for multiple people (i guess you can say i’m already a secretary for some!)
* I have no life i will dedicate my life to this cause
* Im a woman and Theo isn’t so is it really fair if he gets the position, do we really want the workplace gender gap in OUR UML??!?!
