Hi! I'm Maharani, a second year architectural engineering student. I'd love to be your secretary for this upcoming academic year.

I've had my fair share of secretarial tasks, including managing meetings and coordinating across multiple parties to host events, among others. Some of my previous roles are spread out from academic to extracurricular: a peer mentor, group leader, course rep, and sociocultural team member. I'd be honored to bring what I've learned from these experiences, adapt, and branch out into ArcSoc's secretary role! Would very much appreciate your vote 3

Hi! I'm Gargi – and yes, the one Nick kept casually name-dropping in lectures (still unclear if it was out of admiration or concern). I'm applying for Secretary of the Architecture Society because I genuinely enjoy making things run smoothly – whether that’s coordinating events, staying on top of communication, or making sure no one forgets what was actually discussed in a meeting. I've already had experience as Secretary of my residence’s social committee, where I handled everything from planning events to sending out updates, taking meeting notes – all while making sure nothing slipped through the cracks.
This role isn’t just about admin – it's about connection and clarity. Whether I’m stepping in to chair a meeting, helping run elections, or working with the school to organise lectures and industrial talks, I want to be the reliable, behind-the-scenes energy that keeps the society active, informed, and moving forward.
