- Identify and research potential sponsors.
- Work with Treasurer and Logistics Lead to create sponsorship proposals and packages.
- Reach out to and pitch the event to potential sponsors.
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements.
- Be the primary contact with sponsors - maintain long term relationships for future iterations.
- Ensure sponsorship terms are met.
- Troubleshoot sponsor issues during the event.
- Provide Design and Marketing Lead with sponsor brand guidelines.
- Co-ordinate with Treasurer regarding financial responsibilities of sponsors.
- Co-ordinate with Experience Officer regarding sponsor run challenges.
- Report to Logistics Lead and Treasurer.
