EDI Rep is a fairly broad role that can be tailored to particular interests and motivations, making it a fun, varied and interesting committee position. Responsibilities include supporting and including current and prospective members, fostering a sense of belonging and ensuring that CRASHsoc is run in an inclusive and accountable way. EDI Rep can also be involved in teaching as well as supporting the committee in the planning and organisation of society events.
