The president is the head of the society. They oversee the committee and lead the society for the year. As a core role, this position must be filled and only active members at University of Leeds can nominate themselves.
Responsabilities:
- Oversee other committee members and ensure they complete their duties.
- Lead committee meetings, AGMs and EGMs.
- Make final decisions on important matters.
- Ensure the Engage page is up to date.
- Delegate tasks to the appropriate person.
- Admin of the society discord server.
- Be the first point of contact for external groups.
