Esports and Video Games Society is a group of students, formed of both competitive and casual gamers. 

 We have a strong presence in League of Legends, Valorant, Overwatch 2, Rainbow 6 Siege, Rocket League, CS2, TFT, Dota 2, Smash Ultimate, Splatoon, and Halo, with our teams playing in weekly inter-university tournaments called NSE and NUEL. Everybody is welcome to come along and take part in a team, no matter of skill or rank. We are open to forming teams for other games as well, so feel free to come along and let us know what you’re interested in.  

Weekly Socials

For those not interested in competitive games, the weekly socials are a great place to meet other gamers, play some games in person, and relax. At the socials, we usually offer games on the WII, Switch, PC, and sometimes in VR. We usually also frequent Pixel Bar afterward, Leeds' dedicated gaming bar.

Social Media

We announce all of our in-person socials on both Instagram and Discord but all of our online socials (in-house tournaments, varsity tournaments, and NSE NUEL tournaments) are only announced on our Discord. So, if you want to play online with other people from the society or play in any of the tournaments, join our Discord!

Membership

We are free to join and open to anybody (UOL, other universities in Leeds, Alumni, etc). Everybody is welcome regardless of skill or knowledge – feel free to join us today!
