EVENTS DIRECTOR

• - Direct the organisation of events for the Society.
• - Delegate tasks to events officers as see fit.
• - Effectively communicate with both the events officers and the core committee.
• - Liaise with contacts and external speakers and ensure the External Speaker process is followed
• - Organise date and time that is mutually suitable for speakers and society
• - Generate event ideas and regularly review events calendar
• - Work alongside Media team, Academic liaison, and Secretary to plan and promote events.
• - Arranging venue for the event
• - Arranging food and refreshments for the event
• - Ensure event locations meet annual risk assessment and social guidelines criteria and gain approval from the President
