The Treasurer holds the key financial responsibilities within the society. They manage all aspects of the society's finances, including maintaining up-to-date accounts in coordination with the LUU Cash Office. They are responsible for preparing and submitting a detailed annual financial statement at the Society's AGM. The Treasurer also handles the collection of funds, such as £1 coins from meeting attendees, and ensures these funds are deposited regularly. Additionally, they are tasked with managing reimbursements for members and committee members for expenses incurred during events and meetings.
