The role of the secretary is to assist the other two core committee roles (President and Treasurer) with the day-to-day running of the club. This includes signing forms, organising events, taking meeting minutes, creating forms etc. It's the secretary's job to be organised and to help other roles when needed such as by helping to create and push through expenses when the treasurer is unavailable.
