Referred Students Procedure
If you have repeatedly or seriously failed assessments, the University could decide that they no longer permit you to continue having attempts, even where the regulations would allow further resit opportunities.
In this case the University will decide if you should be excluded or if you should be given one final chance.
You will be written to and given the chance to respond. If you are excluded you have the option to appeal.
