Self Harm and Suicide.
If you're struggling with thoughts of self-harm or suicide, you're not alone, and support is available. Reaching out for help can feel difficult, but talking to someone you trust, a friend, family member, tutor, or support service, can be an important first step. If you feel unable to keep yourself safe, or you're worried about someone else, seek immediate support.
- Students at the University of Leeds can access support through the Student Counselling and Wellbeing Service, Leeds University Union Advice or your Personal Tutor. You can also contact your GP to discuss your mental health and access ongoing support.
