Our Guide to Finding Your Lost Property

If you’ve lost something, visit the Help and Support desk and let them know what you’re missing. They have a record of everything that has been found and can help to get it back to you.

If it hasn’t been found, the Help and Support staff or the Duty Manager can log what is missing and your contact details to get in touch with you if it turns up.

Our Help and Support team are on hand during most of our opening times and the Duty Manager is always available to assist too.

I’ve left something in the cloak room…

Then you can collect it from the cloak room on Saturdays at 12pm-2pm or Mondays at 5pm-7pm.

I’ve lost something valuable…

We store all valuable property in our Finance Office, so you will generally only be able to get this back weekdays 9am-5pm. But if it is an emergency, come and chat to one of our Duty Managers and we can see what we can do.

How long do you keep lost property for?

If anything isn’t claimed within two weeks, we’ll be donating it where possible. If valuables aren’t claimed within two months, we’ll donate them to a nominated charity, and if any money isn’t claimed after two months, it’ll go to RAG.
