We have emailed all committee members for the academic year 2021-22, as well as any newly elected committee members for next year, about the Committee Conference. This is because some society AGMs to elect a committee for next year are still in progress.

If you are a committee member for the academic year 2021-22 and will not be returning as a committee member next year, please encourage your new committee members to attend once they have been elected. We will not expect you to attend unless you will be on committee next year as well.

Please note that receipt of these communications is not confirmation that you have been elected to a committee for the academic year 2022-23.You may have been sent emails about the conference because you are on a committee for 2021-22, so please refer to the results of your society’s AGM to find out whether you have been elected for next year.
