What’s that you may ask??? The joint social you’ve been waiting your whole life for???? We’re super thrilled to announce that on Tuesday the 24th February, we’ll be heading down to Distrikt (10pm-2am) for the collab of the century. Expect an unreal lineup (releasing soon) of super talented DJs from both surf & snowriders and a night full of grooving (what more could you possibly wish for?!?)

We’ll be starting the night with separate boozy pres for both societies (locations to be dropped closer to the time) before all coming together later on in the night. The theme for surfers is SKI GEAR and the theme for snowriders is SURF WEAR (original, we know😉)

ALL profits are going to charities which have a large focus on mental health (if you’d like to read more about our chosen ones, please scroll down☺️)

✨We’re donating the funds raised to two vital charities: Mind and Together Women. Mind is a leading UK mental health charity providing support, advice and community resources to ensure no one faces mental health challenges alone. Together Women is a Leeds-based charity offering safe, women-only spaces and tailored support across Yorkshire and Humberside for women and girls facing trauma, housing issues, poverty or criminal justice involvement. Through these organisations, we aim to strengthen mental wellbeing and provide practical support to those who need it most.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​✨

Smaller beginner friendly park perfect for those wanting to learn some new tricks!

Grab your ticket here for this week's intro to freestyle session. Included in the ticket is:

- The coach there and back (expect great music and high energy to get you in a sendy mood).

- Equipment, including skis/ snowboard, boots, helmet and poles.

- Lift pass for the best 2 hours of your life.

- Absolutely incredible company

Coach leaves at 17:45 from Parkinson steps and we expect to be back around 22:00

While it’s absolutely not necessary to be a sendy skier or be advanced at all (there’s lots of space for some cruisey practice), you do need to be able to link your turns safely and ride a button lift. If you have any questions, drop a message on Instagram, and we will happily chat with you about it.

You MUST bring gloves, preferably waterproof trousers and a long-sleeved jumper or coat. Again, if you need to borrow any of this, drop a message on Instagram, as we do have a limited amount of spares.
