Hey everyone, if you want to come along and see what sailing at LUSC is like before getting a membership - please read the info below!
Buoyancy aid provided and wetsuit available.
Details for the day:
Transport - catch the 09.41 train from Burley Park to Knaresborough station. From there, committee members will pick you up and drive to the club.
***please make sure to get an open return ticket as our return time may vary*** it should be around 1700.
What to wear & bring: WARM CLOTHES AND SPARE SHOES. subject to cold weather I will not let people on the water if they have not brought the above^^!!
- Clothing and shoes that you don't mind getting wet or sailing kit if you have it. The weather is much colder out on the water so please bring more clothes than you think (including a spare pair of shoes as your feet WILL get wet)! Hats and gloves are great for this time of year.
- Wetsuits are also available to use at the club.
- Lunch, water & snacks
- Warm, dry clothes and shoes for afterwards

Hey everyone, please come along to our social sailing session if you fancy a few hours out on the water learning and improving your skills!
Buoyancy aid provided and wetsuit available.
