Welcome to Fashion and Upcycling Society!

Our aim as a society is to provide a space for students to sustainably revamp their wardrobe simply by using clothes they already have. We host socials, teaching students of any degree how to use a sewing machine to alter, tailor and upcycle old clothes or create a space for students to advance their existing interest in sewing and design. 

We are situated in helix makerspace, which provides all the supplies you could possibly need for alterations, upcycling, redesign and embroidery. 

Come along to a Tuesday evening social to meet new people, enhance your wardrobe and begin a new creative outlet
