We are a group both Buddhists and non-Buddhists who run meditation sessions, discussions, socials and retreats.
We aim to give anyone a place where they can meet a relaxed community of friendly people, practice meditation and learn more about Buddhism. Currently we are running in-person guided meditations every Wednesday 5-6pm, which anyone is welcome to join, whether you’re experienced or new to it.
We are running in-person sessions on Wednesdays 5pm-6pm. These normally consist of guided meditations, talks, discussions and a chance to chat. All our sessions are free and you don’t have to be a member. They are normally in room number 6, but see any updates on Facebook.

Throughout the year we try to hold day-retreats in Leeds, where we can have a day out and practice meditation together. We also try to hold one longer residential retreat out in the countryside, which people really enjoy, for both developing their meditation practice and making good friends.
Sessions are free so come along to see if a membership suits you first.
