Leeds Medics and Dentists Badminton Club (LMDBC)

We’re a welcoming, social club for medics, dentists, healthcare students – and anyone else who wants to join!

We run regular tournaments, from the national NAMS competition to friendlies with local universities (Sheffield, Manchester, Birmingham). This year, we’re also planning to host inter-club competitions for our members, with prizes up for grabs to make things even more exciting!

Membership is £25/year (no £80 Edge pass needed). Alumni can join for £35/year. This covers all LMDBC sessions.

For those wanting to compete, we hold team trials – successful players will represent LMDBC at NAMS, the Medical Badminton League, and other tournaments.

Sessions:

Wednesdays → 8:30–9:30pm, Edge SH2

Fridays → 7:00–8:00pm, Edge SH1b
