Welcome to Leeds Heart Beats
Leeds Heart Beats is a volunteering/fundraising society supporting the British Heart Foundation (BHF), with the ultimate goal of “beating heart break” and raising awareness for heart and circulatory conditions. We provide a safe, fun and supportive environment for those who want to learn about the BHF and its values.
We are a team of students passionate about the BHF and its aims. Fundraising opportunities may take various forms such as bake sales, sponsored activities (e.g. runs etc) and events linked with the wider BHF fundraising community in Yorkshire. We are also planning outreach events to educate others on the work done by BHF and why it matters. This can include; events teaching children about heart disease and ways we can keep our hearts healthy.
