LUU Men's Lacrosse is a great place to make friends for life and have incredible times along the way. Lacrosse is a physical, high-skill team sport nicknamed "the fastest game on two feet".

The development squad is a perfect place for newcomers to the sport to learn all about the techniques and tactics required to compete successfully in BUCS Northern Tier 2. Many 1st team players started playing this sport at university! 

Our first team plays in BUCS Northern Tier 1.

Beginners welcome every Tuesday and Friday. Message us on Instagram for more details.

All you need to bring is water and 3G suitable footwear.

Training Times

Monday 20:00-22:00 at Sports Park Weetwood

Tuesday 16:00-17:00 at The Edge Outdoor 3G Pitch

Friday 19:00-22:00 at Sports Park Weetwood

Sunday 15:00-17:00 every other week at Sports Park Weetwood

Membership

Membership is £60 for the year. We do not charge any match fees and provide all the playing kit required. 

All you need to bring is water and suitable footwear (3G suitable footwear e.g. plastic studs, firm ground boots, artificial ground boots. No metal studs or trainers.)

Socials

Every week we meet up for socials, often with the girls team and other societies at the University. We get lots of deals across Leeds including cheap drinks and meals.
