Привет ребята! Welcome to RASoc! We are a relatively new society for anyone and everyone who either studies Russian as part of their degree, or is interested in learning it in their own time. 

We provide a community for all Russian learners to support each other, and we also work closely with the University's Russian department in order to give you the best experience possible during your studies. We will be setting up study groups and providing educational opportunities such as talks from guest speakers and music events to help you expand your Russian studies beyond what you learn in class.

We also put on exciting social events  such as film nights, craft sessions, pub meets, parties, and nights out, so you and your fellow Russian students can have the chance to unwind and let loose!

If you want to check us out, come along to our weekly У Самовара meet every Wednesday 2-3pm in the Michael Sadler Level 2 Russian foyer. Also, follow our Instagram to keep up with all the events we'll be putting on throughout the year!
