This society would be beneficial for all students who are considering a career in AIM, but will also benefit all medical students as they come to their clinical years. Revision sessions focused around core conditions will help students with revision for their written exams. Practical AIM scenarios will assist in attendee's capabilities both on the wards and also in preparation for their OSCEs. Lastly, this society will explore the career of an acute internal medic; will dive into the many pathways available for training, and will seek guidance and expertise from consultants, registrars, SHOs, foundation doctors, and other medical students who have had experience with AIM. We believe that this society will encompass many aspects of LUU's ethos, included participating in wider learning opportunities, providing a space for hierarchical learning, and will be open and accessible to all students.
