Pantomime is a wonderfully welcoming society with a diverse range of members from departments across the university and all walks of life. We welcome those with experience and those without, as we turn newbies into polished performers year on year. Even though we are an audition society, everyone who auditions is guaranteed a part. So, if working hard, playing hard, and perhaps chasing a villain around the stage in a horse costume sounds like your cup of tea, then panto is for you!

Our shows are high quality, a lot of fun, and completely student-run. Everything from the scripts to the sound design is produced by students for a paying audience. We are funded by ticket sales from previous shows and continue to pull in audiences year after year with our double entendres, fun songs, and high-energy dancing!

We like to invite anyone who is fun, animated and doesn’t take themselves too seriously to audition for any of our raucous, hilarious shows!

We take the stage twice a year, once in semester 1 (a traditional Christmas panto) and a second time in semester 2, so there's plenty of roles for you! Our past shows have included Twisted! The Panto, A Winters Tale, Romeo and Juliet, Peter Pan and The Wizard of Oz, but the possibilities for future shows are endless.
