The LUU Rugby Union Programme offers a unique opportunity for student athletes to experience near professional rugby structures whilst studying at one of the best universities in the country.
Subscribing to the Leeds' motto ‘marching on together’, they are a tight-knit club consisting of five competitive teams and over 195 members. They train several times a week as a club, as teams and in strength and conditioning sessions.
Training - The club hosts 2 pitch sessions weekly, on a Sunday and Monday. There is also a performance group S&C session on a Friday.
We have 4 teams in the BUCS league who play every week, with the 1st XV competing in BUCS Premier 1 (North).
