Welcome to Pádel
In 2022, four legends discovered and fell in love with pádel on a Year Abroad in Madrid. They decided to continue their enjoyment of the easy-to-learn sport once they had returned to Leeds, creating the first pádel society in the UK.
Pádel is a sociable, fun, and engaging sport that is growing everyday. Last year 60+ members became part of our family and we're hoping to attract new members to the pádel family. Being the fastest growing sport in the UK, we hope that by increasing awareness of pádel we not only encourage new membership in our society in Leeds, but also encourage the growth of the sport itself in the UK.
We are proud to be the first UK society, and are excited by the prospect of its growth and to have the opportunity to engage and compete with other universities and new societies.
