Welcome to Cross Country
Welcome to the University of Leeds Cross Country Club - a welcoming and inclusive middle and long distance running club open to all abilities.
The club is proud to welcome runners of all abilities, from beginner to elite level - anyone can get involved! We are an active group with 4 organised runs a week, a great family environment and some of the best socials on campus.

Training
Mondays – 6:30pm – 3, 5, 7 or 9 mile social run from Cromer Terrace Gym (by the Union)
Tuesdays – 6:00pm – Brownlee Centre tempo/interval session - meet at Headingley KFC at 5:30pm
Wednesdays – 9am – 3, 5, 7 or 9 mile easy run from Hyde Park Pub
+ check Facebook for yoga/strength and conditioning. SOCIAL NIGHT!
Thursdays – 7:30pm – Beckett Track interval session - meet at Headingley KFC at 6.45pm
Fridays – Rest or own run – check Facebook group
Saturdays – Local park run every 9am at Woodhouse Moor followed by brunch. Other alternative local park runs can be found at : https://www.parkrun.org.uk/leeds/
Sundays – 10am – long run, usually between 60 and 90 minutes from the Skyrack pub in Headingley
