3 reasons to get into Muay Thai
Muay Thai is a form of hand to hand combat originating in Thailand that was originally devised for the battlefield. Our fighting style is often referred to the ‘Art of Eight Limbs’ as its incorporation of our fists, elbows, knees and feet. There are plenty of reason why you should join us apart from feeling like a badass when you workout, let us tell ya!
1. Full – body workout
Utilising muscle groups is especially effective for those that are looking to get lean. It even increases your bone density from your kick, punch, hook and twist. Muay Thai is also a combination of cardio and strength training so a session with us will get the best of both worlds.
2. Six – packs !!!
Who can resist a good looking abs, here we don’t just focus on the aesthetics, we focus on strong core that keep you upright and have a nice posture.
3. Improve Flexibility
