About Group

Mind Matters is the student-led mental health society at the University of Leeds.

We are here to promote positive well-being and challenge stigma through the running of campaigns, talks, workshops, and social activities. We also extend our work into local schools, to help young people value their mental health as much as their physical health.

We also provide support services, with a weekly coffee morning drop-in running at LUU, alongside our website, which houses our Leeds-based mental health signposting hub.

Membership is free. Once you've joined, you'll be able to access all of our exciting events throughout the year.

Stay in the loop by following our social media channels, which will not only let you know what we’re up to, but also provide key tips for keeping a healthy mind. Check them out in our banner above!
