Formation Description
Photo Soc will create a space for students, with any level of experience or background, who want to explore photography and get better at it. We will teach a variety of basic photography skills, editing skills and darkroom processing. While there are other societies that feature photography, there is strong student interest and an identified gap for a photography focused society. We hope to re-establish the previous photography society that had many members. Photography is a powerful tool that allows students to communicate their different experiences. Within an inclusive community, we will create a culture of student engagement, celebrating everyone’s work and building confidence.
