Formation Description
There is a definite need for this society for the Digital Media students. Currently there is not an existing society which provides opportunities and social events to enable students to meet fellow course mates and mix with other year groups. Over the past year, me and other friends studying Digital Media have found it challenging to get to know our course mates because of the restrictions and lack of contact time together. This society would mean students who have struggled to find friends on this course would be welcomed to this friendly society and given the chance to meet people. I have spoken to many of my course mates and they all agree that this society is a great idea and I am in no doubt that it will generate interest. We want this society to be exciting and fun while keeping in line with the University and Government Covid-19 guidelines. This society will improve the cohesion between Digital Media cohorts and create a friendly student community.
