Formation Description

The benefits of this society include the improvement of linguistics students' mental wellbeing, their bonds with fellow students, and a unique environment in which they can support each other academically. To achieve this, the society will create social events with the aim of building better relationships, and study sessions / lecturer talks to provide more opportunities for learning, something we know can be done as the lecturers have openly supported the idea of this society, as it has benefitted students for many years until it unformed at the end of the last academic year.
